Need to unlock a samsung GT-I5700

Hi guyz. I live in bangladesh. One week ago i went to singapore and bought a samsung GT-i5700(Galaxy Spica). But the seller didnt tell me it was country locked. So i brougt the phone to bangladesh and it doesn't wrk now. My IMEI is 355299033191338. Can anybody please help me

Which network is that locked to?

Thanx for the reply. Its locked in Singtel of Singapore

At the moment only samsung europe service is working fine.
