rpl completed but how to get file

So my Rpl service got the file completed (marked as resolved) but how do i get the file.

There was no file in the email and nothing on the site

any idea

also getting this message when clicking on the order

This is a Java error. Either you have been logged out by the browser or some browser cookies not allowing you to access if you are logged in.

Resolution:

1. Reboot your PC and login again.

2. Clear all your cookies from browser and start a new browser session, login and you should be able to see the file.

tried 2 different PC's and 3 different browsers with the same result

I think its a mysql error in the getorder.php file

PS username on site was Darkchaos and please it is urgent, please email me the file, email in PM
