Data Base Error Is Still Here ?

Dear Admin ! After Removing Thanks Button ,the Data Base Error Is Still Present Some Times......
An Other Forum Is Still Showing Thanks Button And Have No Errors...
I Can`t Write That Forum`s Name Due To Rules ........please Correct This Problem Perfectly.............thanks
