1 : open link http://rs29.rapidshare.com/
2 : upload any file there.....
3 : copy link address of uploaded file
4 : goto the forum titlebar "Quick links" (its display above any forum)
5 : click on it and select menu "Subscribed Threads" then open a next page of the forum....
6 : In it a box appears where u can compose anything & locate any links (like seggition no.3) above line. paste llink with ur text
7 : Finally ur files appear on the forum by "send/post/subscribe Button" clicked.
