after dwnload for extract the file 1st rename the file I9100JPLPC+XQ55.net.zipx to I9100JPLPC+XQ55.net.zip jus delete the z .extract using 7zip boz winrar not wrk.

i9100 u1_02_20110310_emmc_EXT4.pit download

flash the firmware vit pit file yur prob vil be fixed post result.

try to hard reset...

try full flash (4 flash files) it fix most of proplems
