I've encountered this problem alot, some were easy to fix just flash it and your good. And others I need to slightly reheat those ic that are not sealed and some no other solution but to change board. HOWEVER, these solutions were temporary, sooner or later the problem will show up again and you need to do the same thing again. So there is no permanent 100% solution but to change the PCB or board the TS is right you know.
