Help me with Z3X MTK smart tool

recently try to use MTK smart tool to unlock an alcatel ot708a movistar mexico, with codes calculator the phone says wrong code please contact provider, i read that had to do full flash but in support area dont find any flash file to do thath, i try with some files i found with mr. google but after flash the phone was dead, but if i restore the full flash backup i made before with my box, the phone turns on normally.

wath i am doing wrong or where i can find usable flash files for alcatel phones with unlock protection from my country Mexico,
or can somebody help to make a full flash backup from any alcatel phone from any country or provider to try in some phone,

the most common phones in my country to try this are ot708, 710, 799, 800, 807,808. But any to share are wellcome.

at this moment i have an ot708, 0t800 and ot710 to try some.
