    Default help need for nokia N70

    kindly help me for nokia n70 the phone while running condition on off switch not work I remove the battery and try to start again the phone is dead, while i try to connect my ufs3 phone boot ok and when try to start in NORMAL mode the phone start in offline mode( without sim card) kindly give me the solution pl. it is very urgent
