i've been reading here for a while now, and recently created an account

sorry, if this is the wrong section, I didn't know where else to put it
I've this question, I can't seem to get answered.

Is it possible to add a language (that doesn't exist for now) to mobile phones? I mean a language like Kurdish(arabic style) or somalian...a language that isn't supported for phones.

I guess it wouldn't be really hard, If you made an dictionary file. or edited an already existing language file like arabic or english to the language you want. would that work?

is this possible? and what tools allow this? I guess that you could use JAF for flashing it with the new language file.
please tell me everything I'm wrong at, I'm not affraid to learn

also: small question > JAF is for nokia only right? , what tool do you use for other phones. does every brand phone has it's own tool?

hmm so it's not possible for nokia right now. how about other phones, can language be edited with other brands.

small edit: exactly, I need to change the language file >> ppm file for nokia. because the language I want to add, is not supported by nokia thus it has no firmware.

is it the same with other brands like samsung/htc etc.
is there a language editor for other brands, or is it still the same with the firmware.
