"Last connected time" values differ between Dynamics and the UEM Client

For Dynamics-only activations (without the BlackBerry UEM Client), this value is the most recent “Last connected time” of any Dynamics app. For UEM Client with MDM or User Privacy activations, the UEM Client is able to connect to UEM server without Dynamics, so the “Last connected time” could be more recent.
