6610press the green send key turn off?

I have 6610 very nice but all when press the green send key turn off?
I chang RF but not good {press the green send key turn off?}.
please anyone know that tell me if find the pictur {image} ..

bro..
1:clean keypad..
2:check track ways..schematic diagram
3:reflash ur phone

just try to flash to a higher version bro. i hope this can help............
