MXKEY come now with 1000 MXlogger FREE credits for DCT4 RPL and DCT+ RPL

All MXKEY working with last update V3.1 Beta16 will have, starting today, 1000 mxLogger credits for DCT4 RPL and for DCT4+ RPL.

Old MXKEY dongle that are purchased before 1 march will not have this service for free.
