How to unlock the above listed models:
Make sure that phone battery is fully charged.
Power on phone without SIM card inside.
Select "Samsung PC Studio" or "Samsung KIES" in "Setting" -> "Phone Setting" -> "PC Connections".
Connect phone to computer via original USB cable.
Wait until all drivers are installed.
Click "Connect" button.
