nokia 5220 local mode problem

i have flashed the nokia 5220 from hwk,universal box, mxkey and also jaf with 7.23 version flash completed ok but phone has no local mode i think its a hardware problem. like n70 n90 etc. local mode problem plz solve my problemmmmmmmmmmmm.

try to check the charging portion speacially positive supply and voltage on battery connector if voltage is 1.45v,2.45 on 1st and 2nd pin then clean your connector and if not ok then its your uem problem thankssssssssssss.
