1209 short Board Full

I have Nokia 1209 and its full circuite board is short.
The Meter shows same and I found It was sparking when I connect voltage cable 3.7 with the phone



Please give me some solution

Change or remove V2000 and check PA.

1100 board full short remove the l703 pfo line clear the short u change the pfo 100% ok
