There is a procedure to repair ATMega128 of JAF
Needed par port on computer. I post here details with process of programme if any user need it.
Thanks for comments sir.. this is procedure. picture. and exe package video guide..
To solve this we need this
TOOLS and STEPS:
1. MPROG - EEPROM DATA MEMORY PROGRAMMER
MProg 3.5
2. PONYPROG - ATMEGA MEMORY PROGRAMMER
PONY PROG 2000
Take a look for the function of this two Software:
FIRST PROBLEM = BOX DETECTED AS USB SERIAL
MPROG EASY STEPS
FLASHING
After THAT: RECONNECT THE BOX and it will be detected as JAF INTERFACE FLASHER.
SECOND PROBLEM = CAN'T DETECT PHONE ON FBUS CHK
NOW we will use PONYPROG but this time we will use COM PORT.
BAKIT? Karamihan ng PC MOTHER BOARD ngayun walang SERIAL-PRINTER PORT
TOOLS AND SETTINGS:
FEMALE COM PORT
HERE IS THE COMPLETE SETUP
No resistors added, direct to the PC and ATMEGA.
Before that cut this first.
Open ponyprog and set to com not parallel
Open file select erase HEX FILE then flash, Open again select ATMEGA BIN FILE then write to device.
NOTE: UNLOCK this box
RECONNECT the line you cut in PCB
Brother I just Add a small thing.
You can programme Jaf ATMega128 using ponyprog also from LPT port and no need to cut or solder
I just past photograph of RIPGSM for illustration
(This tech. is devloped by my friend ripgsm from italy and his team)
1. Solder 2 nos of wire from ATMega128 of JAF as shown in picture
2. Cut a Rj45 cable and find out 4 and 5 as shown in the picture
Join 2 wire from 4 and 5 and connect rj45 with JAF
3. How to connect wires from PC LPT port.
Connect all 4 wires and jaf USB cable
Open ponyprog and start as mentioned above
No need to cut or past any thing Only need a RJ45 cable 4 nos wire and solder 2 points from JAF's ATMEGA128.

The 4 and 5 are miso and mosi
No need to programme with MProg
I found many box wich are erased by it and after that They failed to recover
AVOID MProg
Mprog is used for eeprom program. If need download good ept and write it only after read. No do anything morethen that otherwise may cuse jaf usb to serial device or dual serial and you can't recover it.
Ponyprog is only solution for dead jaf or not botting.
Please Help.
I can write programe data with blank hex file but when i write bin file it fails.
I searched few post and i found that my ATMEGA128 chip is damaged. I couldn't find ATMEGA128 so i replaced with ATMEGA128A. Datasheet says it's same. when i repair it as this guide it worked fine. but now i'm facing another issue. I can do INF but i cannot do CHK. I checked my cables and the rj45 connector. all of those are fine.
