Maximus call problem

in one maximus china phone has a peculiar problem. If a call comes or a number is dialed a particular small picture (image) is appears and starts blinking as long as the dialling is on or the ringing is on. I have removed the mmc & restore factory settings but the problem remains the same.

bro it is a software problem............. solve it by flashing
