Samsung SGH-J700 EMEI/Bluetooth ID Lost

hi Guys,

I've lost the EMEI and Bluetooth ID after an accidental EEPROM reset while trying to remove the SP lock Does anyone know how to program the EEPROM and bluetooth ID back into the J700? I only have the standard USB cable available. I cannot find a tool that will write to the phone using usb.
