Reorganized flash file names

From now on, the flash files for the following models: E8, U3, U9, V8, V8_512Mb, V8_2Gb, V8_2Gb_Luxury and Z6 that contain SP lock, are having the word Locked in the end of the file name.

Also, simplified and reorganized flash file names of the models Q, Q8, Q9, Q9h and Q9m according to the AP and BP version.
