Motorola V9 Struck at Logo

Hi Guys!!
I have a strange problem in Motorola V9....Set was dead....
After flashing with so many files set failed to start and always remain in the boot mode but with this Firmware {R263313_U_A0.03.43R_O_PDS005_LP0039_DRM2001_VSTU_ 302_0708090c_JPJAVA_U_A0_R263313_06_00_04R_USEMERA LD2100ORACHR2633100E_1FF.pcf} set turns on 100%, but after inserting the sim card set remain on the moto log and nothing else is happening......

Please suggest the possible solution for this problem
