Problem flashing SE x10 mini pro

First of all,hello to you all!
I`m new on this forum,and new with flashing SE,so every little help is welcome!

I tried to update my x10 mini pro,using PcCompanion!
After about 3 minutes,PcCompanion ggive me error! (100)

Trying to flash with flashtool gives:
