Default Product that does not work ...

I hope to start the English excuse me because I am using a translator, I'm from mexico, well buy this product: Tornado Infrared Welding System with Stand and preheat, and the main part is the infrared, never worked, however, the pre-heater is working perfectly (by that I mean you are working with the proper voltage) ... try to find support with the manufacturer and never answered me and then with my reseller, who sent him to day warranty is no answer (GsmServer). .. I made this comment in the forum as an experience, because I think that one makes an effort (one talk of money) for having in his laboratory to have a day ... I feel cheated both the manufacturer and for the reseller...

    Hi angycargsm,

Please give us more info on the problem of your station, the package and the problem while using.
If you are using tornado infra pro station, the specifications above for tornado upper heater PSU(power supply unit) use only 220V, so please use any good transformer for that.

If you have another problem other than that, please do notify us.

    Regards,

Hi, what's the difference between Tornado Infra and this Tornado Infra Pro? I need a small stylus for micro connectors of phones, and I think that the largest measures of heater can be a problem for small parts..

That version of tornado infra has smaller heater or heating element. The tornado infra pro has bigger heaters that can dissipate more heat and bigger heating area. It is suitable for lead free PCB, bigger BGA IC's that is mostly used in PC motherboards, PS3, Xbox and other gaming consoles.

For small parts, that tornado infra you have mentioned is enough already as you don't need too much heat for that.
