hello bro there is no jailbreak for ios 6.1.3 ... so all u can do is check ur iphone 3gs weather u have shsh files .. im sure if ur phone is lock mobile u will have shsh files... all what u can do is downgrade it to 6.1.2 then jailbreak it .. then i think u can unlock it ... if u have any thing replace and i will help u
