UI factory Defaults Faled

many mobiles i flash flashing ok after that ui factory Defaults failed.
what r the reasons for this error
what should be done to avoid this error
plzzz plzzzz moderators & members,plzzz give solution

first click on Check......wait
get info ......wait until mode change and shows info on scr
select UI options
press on UI settings Tab

If problem remain
1) Install sarasoft again
2) Check USB cable

than problem is in Box.
contact your reseller.
maybe pin inside cable socket of box r broken.

if it is A DCT4,,, FLASH IC(COMBO FLASH)..

if it is a WD2,,, SDRAM..

UR cABLE IS NOT FINE CHEQUE UR cABLE AND USE MODIFY CABLE AND THEN CHEQUE UR MOBILE
