Box auth error 20

my dear friends ,i hw formated my pc and when i try to install HWK it says cannot update firmware,and try to open the software shows error box auth error 20,i dont kno the reseller coz i broght this some couple of years,try to find the person who sold this to me,he also missing,if any one can help me it would be very appriciatable,,,,thnk u

hi this is muhammad from pakistan i have same problem when i have upgrade my hwk box its can,t work then i wait and update it after 36 hours its done so please wait for 36 hours i hoped it will done thanks are ragrads

thank u 4 replying me,my problem is not updating box firmware,it need some ***reg file,its missing,need help 4 recover that,coz of that my box is auth error 20.
