    i can update , but after completed update ....
    connect with box... it show as below...

    use the attached files

    1st Uninstalling your old version of the software Sarasa (HWK) in Control Panel

    2 Remove any installation of older versions of HWK (UFS)

    3 Delete the folders Products in c: \ Program Files \ Nokia and SarasSoft in: C: \ Program Files

    4 Delete the files that start with in HWK UFS and name: C: \ WINDOWS \ prefetch or d: \ WINDOWS \ prefetch

    5 Install the program: HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000

    6 Make the upgrade of its HWK using the program: C: \ Program Files \ SarasSoft \ UFS \ UpdateClient \ UpdateClient.exe

    7 Delete the files that start with in HWK UFS and name: C: \ WINDOWS \ prefetch or d: \ WINDOWS \ prefetch

    8 Install the program: HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.08.00

    Important Note: At the end of the installation, will be asked to update the HWK, uncheck the option to UPDATE and close the screen.

    replay 1- 2-3-4 avec 000*****.fbi not erq.fbi

    sir i want to upgrade ufs usbv2.7 to 2.8 canu give the idea i upgrade 2.7 2.6 2.5 through ufs tools pls give idea & 2.8 farm ware

    first remove driver
    when u install hwk support suit asked u to instal driver
    when u get this option select yes
    after that finish installation.
