Ufs3 damaged help

HI To All

please need help dear friends I have changed some parameters in the EEPROM of my ufs3 using MPROG and here is what i changed
1- enabled serial number and assigned new serial number befor is disabled
2-changed usb version from 1.1 to 2.0
after this i can not load the driver for the box using new hardware detection wizard.
please need solution for this
