P900 restart.

This cell is water damage,but after full servicing when switch on display comes on with SE logo and keep restarting any solution for this problem

i did complete servicing and after that when s/w on onlydark blue display..
kindly give me solution for this...

do i flash this cell with ufs3+hwk,,,and kindly give me testpoint for this cell plz tell me.
