Strange T230

I have T230 that only show battery icon when power on.
I've do flash gdfs and unlock, use ufs, cruiser, and usbsmart but no result
I've change power ic, rehot cpu but no result too
but it can power on with ufs, and when on condition ON/OFF key not function, another key function normally ...

what i must do now, any sugestion ???

Yes that solutions working 100%, thanx for that sir Bond95, but i have another t230 that show " charging alien battery ", i've search on forum but can't find for solutions, i've do change FET for 5 volt driver, power ic but no result, can you give me another way to fix this problem ???
