    Arrow 1650 flashing problem

    1st Boot: Ok, DCT4, UPP: 2292 [Rm-305] [2.2.0.0]
    2nd Boot: u3_2nd.fia, Ver: 4.79.0
    Fl0: 0x01000000-0x01FFFFFF,022E8A2B, UNKNOWN CHIP !
    FLASH DEVICE NOT SUPPORTED
    Check Product, Use newer Flash Loader Pack

    2] check
    3] dct4
    4] press Erase bottun
    5] ok next flash

    i think 100 ok

    If Same Reball or Replace..

    Yes This Is Hardware Problem And Solve With Rebuild IC And Rehot IC

    clean the ip cleaner an rehot the flash ic and flash it
