Asha 302 PPM file editing

I need to customize language packs in my Asha 302 (RM-813).
I did it before, using PPMMod to modify language packs in my C3, but sorrowfully, the program do not handle adequately ppm tables nor algorithms in newest firmware packages.
I was searching in the net for any newer tool, but with no results.
Would you be so kind to orient me in this matter.
