Samsung Galaxy S2 hard bricked - Any contacts or knowhows for JTAG repair - PUNE

I upgraded my phone from 2.3 to 4.0.4 a few days using Samsung Kies. After a few days, my phone started restarting on its own.
i tried to fix it by Odin flashing a new firmware and now my phone does not even start. THere is no indication if it even turns or not

However, I believe such things can be solved with a JTAG riff process. Do you guys know what do i need to purchase ? or is there any one around in PUNE who does a JTAG repair

Oh yes, I have tried download mode. NOthing comes . 1) the phone does not startup at all. 2) I can't get into download mode with pressing home + vol down + power button

without knowledge yu cant use riff boxes.yu better find a good mobile service centers n yur place or try other place dey vil fix yur prob.
