Nokia N72-5 keypad problem

hello friends..
i have some prob. from last 5 days.
Right soft key Left,soft key,right navigation key,left navigation key dosen't work ..when i restart my phone than these all keys work fine but after some time these all keys not works simulteniously..now from today i restart my phone 3 time even hard format also phone memory and mem. card even prob. same..
what do u think what's the prob. is it hardware or software prob..
is there any connection on all 4 keys on keypad??
plz guide me

ab toh keypad k dusare button bhi kharab ho gaye hai....

dear,this is not a softwere problem ,change keyped ic your problem will be solve.also check front bord.

go in your nearest reparing center and shere this problem with him,they will solve this and the cost is not high ,so contact to a good reparer.ok

ok but yaha par sab chore hai 300-400 aise hi mang lete hai..
abb yahi karna paedega..

one thing i forget to tell u that..
thee all four keys now working fine and other four krys is not work which is menu, pencil, key 0, clear key. only four key not work at a time.

bro i already see this pic and no understand what to do...
i open the front cover 2-3 time due to this reason my display is also effected because of in balance opn of cover a plastic fom is uncover the some component that's why i can see much distortion in display..
