2700c flash with update flash file but not open

v9.97 now set is same not open.
Set problem was dead.

I have nokia 2700 DEAD during charging.But it is not short, I already try to rehot it & change Btty & power ic.But condition is same DEAD.
I flash it whith latest ver BUT in the end result is same......DEAD...........?

Any body face that kind of problem and solve it please reply me here.I am waiting.
