Problem in unlocking 6682

I just follow the steps in this

but when i try to Activate Com

it always shows

Bus reset...OK
Virtual port COM2 activated
JAF CREATE error...reconnect the box and restart the software!
Feeding thread started!


When i connect the pkey and box, and then click the Lauch Jaf Com Emulator,

it has error,

"BOX Error: B -> remove the box and plug it again!
After this restart ther software."

any one know what is the problem? and please give me a hand. thanks a lot

use DKU-2 cable which comes with 6682.

if step is like this:

1.Connet JAF box and pkey
2.Launch JAF COM Emulator (set com port to 2 in my computer)

but after i did this, it shows
"BOX Error: B -> remove the box and plug it again!
After this restart ther software."

when i try to close it, it shows
"BOX Error: B -> remove the box and plug it again!
After this restart ther software.
Port is open. Please close the application which is using this port and try again.

and just cannot close this.

and i also try

1. Launch JAF Emulator (show USB error) but can set COM2
2. Connet JAF box

then it shows

just tried on another computer, it works now.
