bb5 icon in ufs-3 is not working

can any body help me . i have a problem with ufs-3 setup . its bb5 is frozen, and not opening , i tried lot of things but no use . can any body help me . can mail me directly on my mail thanks

Hmmm... First question- you check program folder? You try to reinstall HWK Suite?
Possible, that you uninstall Phoenix from the computer and it delete DCTxBB5 program also.

So... just try to reinstall/repair HWK Setup Suite.

Hm. Icon is'nt a problem. Software working? Or it's not opening? If yes, is it present in Program Files/Nokia/Phoenix directory?

yes software is working and i have flashed dct4 sets through it but i dont know why it is stuck ing bb5 sets. i want to tell i am using ufs-3 box with 2.0 version

That you mean? It's not flashing any BB5 phone?
Please post here logs or screenshots with errors here.

And- you software package isn't up-to-date. Latest version is 2.1.0.1 for DCTxBB5

To Use this Tab you have to Connect your HWK...

Without HWK you can't Use it...
