Good day, my first time here..i have a bb9650 and i go to the mep screen to enter the unlock code i get the following
and i cant get up the section to enter the codeAttachment 30065 is saying Network Blocked....can anyone help me at to the solution to fix this please.. Thank you

3. Go to Options
4. Select Advanced Options
5. Select SIM Card
6. Type "mepd" ( you will not be able to see what you are typing )
7. Type "mep2" or "mep4" ( you will not be able to see what you are typing )
8. Now the phone will prompt you to enter the MEP CODE !
9. Enter the MEP CODE and hit the trackball ( you should see "Code accepted" )
10. Restart your BlackBerry .
That's all (UNLOCKED) !

I tried that and nothing comes up still showing me that screen..i was told that the phone was blacklisted, not sure what that meansQuote:
