Problem with my Nokia 6030

Can anybody please solve my problem? today i dont know what happen suddenly to my Nokia 6030 that if somebody calls on my number they can hear my voice but i cannot hear their voice and just a murmuring sound came from my mobile like sometimes comes from telephone what they used to be dead......please help me how can i solve my problem?

Bro First change ringer/spk and Cheak then not done replaced Ringer ic
