Download 9300 os nd install

use ful charged battery

delete 'vendor.xml' from 'C:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

Launch apploader from C:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

Click Next in the window that pops up

Click next again even if Correct PIN is not detected (UNKNOWN or FFFF..)

wait till app loader menu cames up and select components you want to install


if same problem rehot the power ic or replace it
