i was wiping my bb 8900 and the battery came out while it was in the process. after this i put back in the battery but it doesnt on. the red light turns on for about 20 secs, then flashing 4 times pauses then flashes 4 times again. it isnt updating from pc. any ideas ?

What is the best way to remove the metal shield cover on BB8310. Particulary the one next to the usb port. I am having a difficult time removing this cover to get the components beneath.

Hi Everybody,

I bought a Blackberry Torch 9800 from kijiji today. He discounted it because it had the error listed in the subject. I figured, hey, I can wipe the phone with JLcmd and reload the OS bada bing bada boom, Profit.

Nope. Not that easy in this case

Please help!!!

Carrier: seems unbranded, maybe developers model. (see pics)
Model info and OS version:None

What I have tried: (with battery in, and without,with internet connected/without)
-Wiping with JlCmd (wont recognize BB)
-Updating with BB desktop software (issuet connecting)
-Bypassing BB desktop soft. and using apploader (will show USB

Hi i was upgrading my bb curve 8900 and i got this error reload software:507 what shud i do ive tried the method of recovering the nuked bb but no luck as it is mentioned that we shud connect the bb without the battery but without the battery the bb just wont connect to PC. Ive tried all stuff with no luck i think i have to scrap the BB.Will the BB service center do it properly.

Dude,

downloa 9800 loader from here: http://search.4shared.com/q/1/9800%20loader?suggested

in XP computer,, connect the 9800 with no battery,, then you will get Factory (07).

Flash it after that.. good luck

dude you have to download the flash for your phone the one it says MULTILANGUAGE.. then delete VENDOR and doble clic loader.
connect your phone without battery and clic next after few seconds will give you the option to install all languages including arabic, and all applications select the apps you want and clic next and then finnish..at that time you can connect your battery
