Please I am new to this forum but could anyone help me with the above?

I have a blackberry 9930 that freezes, and then goes into a continuous reboot. BB app loader can't connect to it, during connection to the jvm engine, it fails with a fatal error, I have tried using loader /nojvm but that doesn't work either.

I have tried using BBSAK, in the hope that I can wipe the device via that and then reload the OS but BBSAK also can't connect to it.

If it doesn't do a constant reboot, it stops loading at about 90% complete and then just hangs. What could be wrong and how do I fix this please?
