New BlackBerry Work activations result in "Invalid Server URL" and existing users see

Attempts to provision devices with BlackBerry Work fail with the "Invalid Server URL". The resulting, underlying "Setup Account" screen shows the Correct server URL. Existing users begin seeing "Work is Offline".
