Selfmade C260 cable - schematic?

I'm new to this forum --> hello to everybody!

I'd like to buy me a Samsung SGH-C260 with sim lock for 20 Euro

I have many cables for unlocking other mobile phone which I don't need anymore.

Can I build myself such an unlocking cable for C260 and can I get the schematic here?

Would be nice
