Erase error 10 is probably flash ics fualt.
Check ic re hot or re ball or change it.

bro,
1-if you have imei backup (rpl).just write rpl and unlock...if no backup.
2-try patch imei....after patch if phone turn off after 36 second
3-change UEM or buy logfile and write RPL....problem will solve

connect the phone to dongle and follow this step
