6610 Dead

i HAVE NOKIA 6610 WHICH HAS AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN PROBLEM.
IT SHOWS SWITCH OFF MENU AND TURN OFF AUTOMATICALLY.
IT SHOWS 200E ON THE SWITCH POINT AFTER REMOVING SWITCH.
BUT AFTER HEATING THE UPP NOW IT IS DEAD AND IN UFS IT SHOWS FOLLOWING ERROR.

1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP, 03 00 00 72
1st Boot Ok, 1 (first it shows 2 and then shows 1)
1st Boot Err: 00 00
Rebooting Mobile

ANY ONE HELP................................

first you have to reball upp. and then full flash. pls. post result.

@ atree, are you sure you reball UPP with carefull if yes then just rehot uem , flashing ic. try again and also check cable pins and points and try to connect it ufs clearly...
