    Angry 2310 no power on after rehoot sim ic

    i have 2310 i am try to insert sim falt so i rehoot sim ic
    after rehoot sim ic it is not power on i flash with latest version
    but prb is same plz help me

    bro,remove the sim ic and try it turn on.....if ok
    then make this jumper
