nokia 6610i Phone Restricted [IMEI??????????]

History it was accetentally seat by the owner..

at the back of the Phone it was mark as :

I already tryied to Flash fo 6610i but resulted to CONTACT SERVICES

now the unit is back to its 6220 firmware..

I already tryied to Flash fo 6610i but resulted to CONTACT SERVICES

i need to make this trouble in software first before i ended-up to UEM changing, since we're all know that it to risky for it..

try to flash again using firmware RM-37 6610 v4.40 patch it and use fia files to revive the phone, put fia files on flash ppm only check on the box
