flash file 1600 unlock problem

hello,

i have a nokia 1600 which is locked by t-mobile.
i have chose some different master codes but the phone is still locked.
now i have bought a griffin box, i have download a flashfiles for a nokia 1600 .
the flash-file gives me 3 datas:

rh64_06.410 *
rh64_06.41mb *
rh640_nai6.41mb *

which of these datas are the mcu,ppm and cnp file???
who can see it ??

if u want to unlock...use jaf...you will need only mcu "rh64_06.410"

"rh64_06.41mb" -PPM
"rh640_nai6.41mb" -CNT
