3120b has white screen?

I have problem with 3120b, just has blank screen, and i want to try and flash it

The tools i have are, Phone, Nokia USB DKU-5 Cable, and Phoenix Service Software. Can i use these to flash the phone? Or will i need a Flasher box?

I do not have any box, just the cable and software, so if its possible without a flasher box I will try.

Is it not possible without flasher box? I have the Pheonix Software with Dongle, so will that not do it?

Is a white screen usually fixed with a new flash? Will a UFS Flasher be ok for the job?

I have got a UFS box and reflashed the phone, and still the screen in white.

I will try the rehot, but show me what to do.
