1209 flash problem

hello sir, I hav a 1209 rh 105. first it was 1st boot error but after heat the uem now logs are:-

1st Boot: Ok, DCT4, UPP: 2292 [Rh-105] [2.2.0.0]
2nd Boot: u3_2nd.fia, Ver: 4.79.0
Fl0: 0x01000000-0x01FFFFFF,65A3A61A, UNKNOWN CHIP !
FLASH DEVICE NOT SUPPORTED
Check Product, Use newer Flash Loader Pack
Algorithm: u_intel.fia, Ver: 4.80.0

what do you mean by flasher? is this flashing box? I am using micro box. Is it not support nokia1209. I flashed all type many many nokia mobiles by this box
